wrongfull arrest and imprisonment

i was arrested on a warrant that was issued for non compliance of my sentencing wich was work crew the warrant was issued on oct. 5th 2007 i started work crew on sep. 12th 2007 and completed on oct. 17th 2007 so the warrant was issued while i was still doing work crew i was jailed and when i went to my arrainment the judge told me well we'll leave it up to the jail to figure out how many days you actually did of work crew when i know she could have called a short recess phoned probation across the street and found that i was telling the truth but she decided my release day to be nov. 14th 2007 i was arrested on oct. 25th 2007 my boyfriend ended up having to go to the probation get the paperwork bring it to my public pretender i mean defender and she then brought it in front of a judge who declined to sign it so she went to another and he signed it and i was released at 8:45 p.m. on oct. 31st 2007 i filed a complaint and received a call from pierce county and they offered to give me a thousand dollars any way it gets deeper i just want to know what kind of attorney do i need and i also was just wanting to hear others thoughts of the whole sitiuation

i was arrested nov,2007 charged with 3 accounts of attempted murder the victims never claimed me to do anything in fact during my co defendant's preliminary the wittnes which were the victims all testified that another person commited the shooting yet i sat nearly a year in had to go to trial in luckly the jury found me not guilty in i was acquited . there was no one claiming me to do **** except the person who actually found guilty which all the eidence led to. i feel like i should never been arested in the first place when the actual victims said from the begining that i wasn't part of it now i lost my job,apartment and vehicle

I found my employers were using drugs both after work and then during work. I don't care what they do on thier own time but don't teach my daughter how to ride horses while you are high. Well it turns out I quit, but four day priorI sent a text to one of them by mistake I sent them an apology saying that was not meant for them. Well they had me arrested after I quit for aggrivated harrassment. How can that be if I told them that the text was not for them.I think I can beat this and if I do can I sue them for false arrest or anything. if in fact I do beat them.
