When you are on probation you have conditions to follow, if you break one of these conditions your probation officer will breach you.
My Probation officer said that the Probation officers are not notified if a peace bond condition is breached nor are they given information regarding and incident on the peace bond. Now the question is: If you are on a peace bond with probation, all the conditons are on the same sheet and the only condition on the peace bond is to keep the peace and be of good behavior and you breach this peace bond conditon, is it the police who will breach you on this, and when would they? |

The police would be the first ones to see the breach normally and they would notify the DA and the probation officer normally.
