need some advice

I have a matter that I need help with. My husband was arrested and I went to court to be his surety, I didn't have any ID on me but I gave them my name, they did a search on their computers and then came back to me and said that they think that I am someone else, they read me my rights and I asked to speak to duty counsel. The police let me go and said that they will continue thier investigation. My husband explained to me that he had a girlfriend with him on a charge and she tried to say she was me so a warrant was issued in a name that is similar to mine just a different last name. the police told me to come back on monday and show them my ID and I am worried that they will arrest me. I don't have the money to hire a lawyer and I am not sure if I need to hire one. please help with some advice.

I am in serious need of some advice as I have to go to court tomorrow to deal with this matter. I must also add that I have a 4 year old in the middle of all of this and I have mead a letter with my signature on it stating that in an emergency situation that I am unable to care for my daughter I leave her in the care of certain family members. How do I make that a legal document?

If they start to question you, you should ask for a lawyer and do not speak until you get one.

But presumably you have the ID and info that will show that you are not involved in any way.

Today went well and the police told me that I could be the surity but they are continuing thier investigation. I guess I will just have to see how court goes tomorrow.
