i received an insurance check payable to me,but was supposed to pay hospital bill.i cashed the check,but didn"t pay hospital.what can i be charged with?

can you be charged if you cash an insurance check payable to you,but don't forward the money to the people who rendered the services?

Normally it is made to both if you must give it to the service provider.
Why was it made only to you. But in any case you do still owe the bill and they will sue you eventually normally. |
