I am on a one year peace bond/probation. I had breached 3 times before and turned myself in, the charges were dropped.
My question is, If I breach one of my conditions, say the one that has to keep the peace and good behavior, and my PO puts a warrant out for me on this breach, I then go in to report to my PO for my meeting for my probation, can my PO hold me and have me arrested in his office for this warrant? Do they have that authority or would the PO, just let the police handle it? |

He can arrange for the police to come get you, and in theory he can even hold you. But normally he will have the police do it.
