Default Investigation?

I was told recently that the money my ex-brother in law makes at the car dealership he now is employed by is hush money.A man who was once employed at the same dealership and worked with him told me this.I know for a fact he was fired from a job at a bank he once worked at for criminal activity their.I also know for a fact that he had my ex-wife's car repaired at the dealer ship he now is employed at under a false warranty.Should this man be reported and if so to hume?
