extraditing?
my girlfriend got arrested on 1-17-08 and has been in jail sense...she was told she is being extradited back to texas for where she is being charged with sexual assult...my questin is should she fight being extradited because the laws in texas are more harsh then here in ohio...i would just like to know if i need to get her a lawyer and fight being extradited....shes never been arrested before this...and idea on what she would get here in ohio?? idea of what she may get in texas? Thanks

when this happened the kid was 17...she was 32 she is now 33 and the kid is 18
