Confused Friends needs help

I have two friends who work at staples, one had the security codes that would disarm laptops from being detected when going out of the doors. He disarmed two and had another friend call two more of her friends to come in and take the laptops. The person that disabled the security features cracked under the pressure and ratted the girl out who got her two friends to come in and take the laptops. Now is she facing grand larceny charges? if so in the state of virginia for a person who is 18 and has had a prior misdeamenor(what I am unclear of) what is the worst possible thing that could happen and the best possible thing.
