domestic battery charges
I am pregant my b/f and i had a argument that led me to hit him the cops was called and i went to jail...Then about a month later it happend again this time he hit me, the neighbors called the police on both occasions..this time he went to jail... the state has picked up charges on both of these and they want to give him 42 months in prison for this,,,, what can we do???
