Default Mr

I was convicted ten years ago of aggravated assault, I was fined. Can anyone help me regards "spent convictions"
I guess this is a worldwide subject and a general answer will help. I live in Australia and would like to travel to the US. Of course I cannot be part of the visa waiver program.

After ten years or so the effect will be less strong as to your ability obtain a visa--or even to immigrate.
