Oral Sex in Park in Florida

My girlfriend and I were in her vehicle in a fairly secluded area in a park. I was 17 and she was 19. While I was receving oral sex, a truck with park maintenence workers pulled up. They got her tags and she has been caught, but I am still unknown to the authorities. However, her father is now threatening to release my name. I am now 18 years of age and have recently been granted a full ride to a college and am hoping to receive other letters of acceptance. Would this incident if my name is discovered cause me to lose my scholarhips and/or be rejected from the colleges. Additionally, my girlfriend has aspirations to become a teacher. Would this prevent her from ever being able to get that job and what would the legal consequences be for this offense.

Hire counsel if this develops further but it is not likely that you would lose your college funds for that...

Oh, believe you me. The lesson has been well learned. Having to sit there with my hands tied as she was dragged through the mud by her entire family was punishment enough. If this was to develope though, would the colleges hear about the event?

Only if you are criminally charged; that seems unlikely. Especially in FL.
