Confused felony and bow hunting

My son is 16 yrs. old. last year (15) he punched another student in the
mouth once, causing damage to 2 of his teeth. We went to court and he is
charged with 3rd degree assault felony charge. We go deer hunting as a
family. Can he legally go BOW/cross bow hunting for deer and legally obtain a license
for that? What exactly can AND can't he do?

You should check with your local police and DA.

He may no longer be eligible to hunt like that.
