Default IN JAIL WARRENT STILL ACTIVE

My girfriend is in prison and still has a warrent for failure to appear for a dui charge in illinois she is set to be paroled jan 29th 2007 what do we need to do so she dosent go right back to jail when she gets out?

Either you or counsel need to begin discussions with the DA on resolving the warrant--and paying the fines or other items that may be required.
