Can't get car title

Can't get car title
I brought a car and had it put in my ex-husbands name because of penalties I had, now I'm trying to put the car in my name but my ex- husband will not give me the title or transfer the title. Being vindictive. What can I do? I paid for the car, I paid for the title, taxes, tags, registration. I need help ASAP.

You can threaten to file in court and make the court order him to sign.
The court will see who really paid etc. and would normally support you in this kind of situation. |
