I know in domestic voilence cases, you are supposed to attend a 52 week batterers class. What I want to know is, if my auntie or uncle came to my home and I pushed them, (keep in mind they do not live with me and never have). Will I have to attend a 52 week batterers class and what is the law on this subject if there is one??
Someone please help me out. |
