Confused What are my rights as a parent of a minor being harassed by detectives

What are my rights as a parent of a minor that is being harassed by detectives that think that she knows what happened on a murder case caused over a drive by and it so happened that we were walking to the car when some car passed by, the only thing she said was that a car passed by since then they haven't left us alone they did take care without my consent to interrogate, when i say they took her i mean they took her right away to the detective division office while everything was going on i had to go get her and when i was right there they took a copy of my i.d. and actually one of those detectives got mad because i had gone to picked her up he said that my child was the only witness i said No i was walking outside with my smaller children and what we did when we heard the gun shots was to duck down and not stare while they are shooting.
