Confused Ebay

I lve in idaho and on ebay I purchased a motorcycle motor from Michigan for 1945.00 including shipping. Its been 20 days since the funds were tranfered from pay pal. I'm not getting any answers as to when the motor will ship.If the seller fails to deliver the item do I have the recourse of filing a wire fraud complaint? If not , is there anything I can do? I allread filed a disspute claim with ebay

You may file a police and/or FBI report for fraud, and file in small claims court where they live as well if you know who they are. WLD can also track them down, prosecute and collect though they do charge a basic fee for that. WLD has 380 lawyers in the group covering all U.S. states --

Just a suggestion, you might try talking to the bank you deal with if you used a credit card that you have through them or contact the credit/debit card company that you would have used to pay for that item. The bank i deal with has some kind of set up here so its like we have a checking account, but we use a Visa card to pay for stuff instead of checks, makes for less paper used. I remember a few years back i ordered something offline and the item never got shipped, we contacted our bank and told them of the situation and they took over from there and got our money put back into our account, at no charge to us.

Good Luck!

Lightbulb Re: Ebay

your best bet is to contact your bank, they will help you out for sure. I bought something on ebay couple of months ago. The total cost of the item was around 1,800.00. The seller sent me an email saying that i would recieve the item in as little as 2 weeks. I sent the money, and till this day, i have never recieved the item. My Wells Fargo bank did a GREAT job in getting me my money back as quickly as possible.

TALK TO YOUR BANK!
