Question Incorrect Information written on a ticket

I was given a MIC, and I was born in 1989. The ticket shows that I was born in 1985. If I was born in 1985, I would be 22, and would not have received an MIC because I am not a minor. Can I get out of this because the information is incorrect on my ticket that was issued to me?

No. The police officer is allowed to ammend any incorrect information in court. Wrong technical stuff that doesn't change any of the facts, won't result in a dismissal.
