corrupt fire chief and fire board
Tiny mountain town has corrupt fire chief and fire board (selected by fire chief) - Board o.k's chiefs using taxpayer funds for personal use and some benefit from free trips etc. - What steps do we take to recall board and replace chief?

Your county or city elected officials--whoever oversees the FD should take action if you can prove that misuse of funds exists.
Or they could be liable... |
