Hello,
Saturday night I was in a fight. Two of my friends were also in the fight, we were drunk; and the fight occurred in the middle of the street. Police broke the fight up, and everyone was sent home with disorderly conduct.... Except one of my friends, who is in jail. The webite lists: 940.19(2) Substantial Battery-Intend Bodily Harm This is in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I am concerned - why do I have a ticket but my friend is in jail? There is no plea listed and it is tuesday morning? Should I get a lawyer? Should I file anything? What can I do? Should I relay the complete story here? |

It may be they felt he was more responsible. Have his family or a lawyer call to see what is really happening?
