gun charge.
Hi,
I was wondering my fiance has to go to court this Thurs. He already plead guilty and is going to be sentenced for a gun charge. Could his plea offer still be on the table? Also what is the sentencing guidlines for somone who has only one felony from when he was a juvenile on his previous record for aggravated assult/intimdating a witness and misdemeanor drug charge from his adult record for a loaded gun charge and a small amount of marijuana considered personal use? |

Yes--It could be -- but you need to have counsel negotiate that normally if it is at this stage now.
