I recieved a first offender pardon in Louisiana but the state constitution under Article 1 section 20, which is the right to humane treatment, provides among other things, that (full rights of citizenship shall be restored upon termination of state or federal supervision following conviction for any offens). Am I still entiltled to the provisions in Article 1 section 20 of the constitution though I have also recieved a first offender pardon?

World Law's lawyers could also probably intervene and help resolve this if need be. You may email them on the home page.
