Confused 2 misdameanors

I originally posted my story but had no answers or even any advice so i am also going to ask that in my case i have contacted the resaurant in which we were kicked out of and paid the bill for that night and contacted the company that employed the performer to which i had the misunderstanding and sent an appology to him.will this help in my case to show that i really am an honest person , i also want to know if i am able to attain the arrest record myself or do i need coucil to do that??? because i am not all too sure that the incident in the resautrant is the reason i got arrested. can someone please give me some help in this aspect???

The police and the prosecutor normally will give you that yes--you may call them.

You can also force them to do so with a subpoena but that will not be necessary normally.
