Heres a new twist,I requested all relevant paperwork relating to these misdemeanors.I received an official Superior court document which basically says there are no longer any documents relating to my case. Now since the D.O.J. asks that you submit all doc's relating to any convictions AND requires a hand written description of the events by the license applicant, how in the world can one describe even half accurately what took place 30 years ago? Especially when there arent any supporting court doc's in existence.I just wonder how much weight the bground investigators can put in these old charges since there are no doc's to back them up.Opinions?

You could ask that they be removed if there is no supporting documentation.

but I would not think they are too credible -- still any reference will be negative.

By the way, mistakes in these records occur all the time.

They have to clarify--no exact requirement to remove it but a court could order it if is there absolutely no supporting docs.
