Ok heres the situation, I have a freind that has had a suspended drivers liscense in the State Of Michigan. One day he was pulled over and he had his granddaughter in the car. He gave the police a diffrent identity and the officer let him go with some sort of ticket.
Well it came back to bite him later. He was caught by the officer one day when he was arriving at home and admitted to the officer what had happened and why he did it. Later he went to court and had a meeting with the prosuctor and the magistrate and his lawyer. The agreed this would have never happened if he had been given back his liscense like they all believe he should have. They want to come up with something to charge him with like the Driving on Suspended and False Identity but wanted him to find something. It needs to be something that will not get reported to the DMV and not block him from getting his licsense back. Any idea's? Any help would be greatly appreciated ![]() |

Disturbing the peace and a fine would work.
Failure to show proof of insurance. |
