Is there any way a person can be found guilty of crime like felony firearm without a gun being found or that person or around that person at any time just because somone else say they seen a gun but they no gun was found on that person or in that person home i wanted to konw the rules or the law on this can you help me out with this problem any help you give me i thank you very much

It is not illegal to find so.
But the defense should be able to attack that with some vigor! |
