Accused of Theft, First Offense, HELP.

My fiance has a brother that moved to our town, had just been released from jail. Apparently, he gave my fiance some cd's and dvd's to return to a store as used and get money for them. She had no idea where he got them, he told her that he brought them back from where he was living before. Well, we found out later that they were stolen from a different store. Now, she is being charged with theft, when all she did was take them to sell. She had a warrant out and she turned herself in. Her brother is in jail now and said he would confess, but we are getting no answer from the detective and he will not talk to him. Now we have to go to court and she says she is not going to plea guilty because she didn't steal anything. What should we do. Help please.

Get a lawyer involved to be safe but after some examination this case should be dropped.
