I appreciate any advice you may have.
I am 38 years old, and one night a old good friend came to visit, that I had not seen in 10 years. We went out and got intoxicated, i was bought drinks all night. On the way home, for no reason at all, I ran my key down 2 vehicles. I was seen and caught, it was on a side street out in the open. I was arrested for intoxication and spent the night in jail, released in the morning. Also I paid a 65.00 fine for intoxication. I have no criminal charges ever and am willing to pay whatever I can. I never made contact with the victims, A I did not know who they were and B, my friend told me that he heard some of the victims friends say, they will find out where I live. So I was afraid to make contact. I was so intoxicated that I dont remember large chunks of the evening. I believe someone may have put something in my drink. I can handle my alcohol normally and that incident is so far from my character. I would never do something so stupid with a clear head. I can't afford a lawyer, and I am obviously guilty, I just would like to know what I could expect from court. Thanks alot T |

You should get a hefty fine.
but try to make sure that does not stay on your record as any type of crime. You may want to consider counsel...you don't want a criminal record for damaging property. |
