Home alone and nowhere to go:(....

Hi,
My husband has been senenced to 1 month in a correctional facility for
not compleating his 240 hours community service. He has only 7 day\'s of
service left to do. I have contacted Leagl Aid in regards and was told that
he should have only been sentenced to that 7 day\'s he had not done but
Leagl Aid could not give me any more info then that. Being his wife I am 6
months pregnant and have a toddler. The stress of not having my husband with
us and not having his income to help pay our bills is putting strain on our
unborn child. Is it posible to have my husband out on probation? Or is there
anything I can do?

Well the judge can change that for the noncompliance. It may be best to wait it out and make sure he stays out of any trouble again.

Or have legal aid go into court and try to have the release done if they feel they will prevail.
