Ambushed! How to impeach an assistant county attorney?

Delivering several criminal complaint forms to the county attorneys office, assistant county attorney approaches, tells me he is tired of paperwork and tells me to leave immediately. Before I can retrieve my briefcase to comply I get tackled by him, girl rings the buzzer and a handful of cops are all over me within seconds, weapons out and ready.

I had no past history of problems with this office, had only been at the receptionist desk for around 15 seconds and was not argumentative. Charges filed by a detective included criminal trespass, interfering with official acts and resisting arrest. I spent 25 hours in jail, no medical treatment provided, subsequently had a cat scan, was diagnosed with whiplash and concusion from my head striking the concrete and developed a nasty chest cold from exposure in their ice cold cell.

I believe it was a setup since so many cops were there so quickly. The criminal complaint forms had been handed to me at the end of court an hour before by an jail inmate who has been pressing some sensitive buttons (asking for oaths and bonds of county officials).

Any good strategies on how to impeach an assistant county attorney or is this one of those things that can never happen in Amerika?

Is he elected? You can work against him in the next election.

You may also be able to file a complaint with the state bar and they may at least examine his behavior including for other past problems, patterns of misconduct and the like.

I doubt if an assistant county attorney is elected. I suppose I could mount a campaign against his boss though.
