payday loans
I ahve about 9000 dollars out in payday loans if I dont pay the amount required and cose down my checking account so all don't bounce and try to work out payment plans with these companies. Will I have to go to jail for check fraud?

No--they have to sue you for the amounts due as a normal civil debt obligation.
Your state attorney general's office may also be able to help you or point you in the right direction. |
