i need an advice please... i shoplifted...
good day to all of you.... im kaye from phil., i would like to seek an advice regarding legal matter... the story was, i was caught by the security in a mall doing shoplifting... then i was brought to their security department where in i was interrogated, i was asked for my name, address, age, birthday, parent's name and i was asked to fix my signature to their report sheet as their SOP... then after that, i was asked to pay fro the said item for 10 times it's price... then i was released by the security department... they didn't brought me to the police station or in the custody of the policemen.... my question is, will it affect me or affect my records whenever i will get an NBI clearance cerftificate or Police clearance certificate?

make sure you hire a lawyer to keep that off your record. It likely can be removed but don't try to handle that yourself--you need that to be off your record!
