please help im going nuts!

I have just been informed that my sister is accusing me of sexual molestation some 20 years ago. Her age then was 10 and my age was around 14. I was told that she has been seeing a shrink and they are going to hypmotize her, and when see tells the same story while she is under that they will issue a warrant for me. My sister tried to commit suicide about 4 months ago and she was diagnosed border line mental then. I have not ever or will ever laid a hand on her in anyway. I would appericate some opions on this matter. ie. is there a statue of limitations, what form of proof will she have to provide, can they issue a warrant on just her say so? I would like to remind that this was to supposed to have happend 24 years ago. I am a single dad rasing 2 kids on my own and money is very tight so all the help you can give would be appericated.

Most police depts and DAs will have a very hard time even investigating that kind of case given the time that has passed.

Has there been any police inquiry to you at this point?
