3 years ago, left Mi. and moved out of state to start a new job. My probation was to end, but just before I left it was extended. I left anyway.
Now I have a home, family, and a good job, so I have no intentions of returning to Mi. A warrant was issued for violation. Do you think it is possible to clear this up? It was for DUI. Thank You!! |

Yes but you need to hire counsel to do so. Don't try to negotiate that yourself. You may still have to go back and appear in court.
