Default Probation Violation

3 years ago, left Mi. and moved out of state to start a new job. My probation was to end, but just before I left it was extended. I left anyway.

Now I have a home, family, and a good job, so I have no intentions of returning to Mi.

A warrant was issued for violation.

Do you think it is possible to clear this up? It was for DUI.

Thank You!!

Default Re: Probation Violation

Yes but you need to hire counsel to do so. Don't try to negotiate that yourself. You may still have to go back and appear in court.
