BOGUS ARREST HELP!! PLZ
Today I was arrested for the first time for "theft of personal property" Long story short I found 3 rings in a public bathroom. I was going to return them but forgot about them b/c of all of my stress. I just found out I need an operation and I have Multiple Sclerosis with major cognative problems so I forget ALOT of things. I was a pproached by a plain clothes man he (security for the store) he asked if I had them I said no b/c I was scared then I handed them over a little while laterthen I was arrested. Can this be true? I know I am not on trial here, I dont need to defend myself but GOSH I really was going to turn them in I justforgot. What can I do? I wasn't stealing them, will my job find out about this? Could my soon to be ex husband find out and get custody of my child?

That is odd--were they planted there by the police?
That is so odd as very possibly to be entrapment I would say? |
