Maintenance man at my townhome complex came in my townhome to help me with a water leak dripping from my downstairs ceiling and a water leak from my disposal. However, he did nothing but sexually assault me (no rape). I filed a report with the police, but am wondering whether to obtain an attorney and sue the complex association? I would like to get him removed from the complex.
