Ok. Someone bought a truck for me. Well I was in the hospital when they went to repo it after they agreed to accept the money from my church. They said they would not know when they were going to get paid again. That is why they repoed it. I told them where it was. I pulled my battery out of the truck and my stereo and the courts charged me for my radio i had paid for. I went to go and send them some money and now they are not in business. What do I do now. Do I have to pay it. I am on unsupervised probation which means if i get into trouble they will arrest me and send me to prison. Do I need to go to court and tell them they are out of business. Also am i still responsible for the court fines? If so. That is ok i will pay it. Can i get them to drop the restitution? that would be a huge relief off of my chest. Also can i appeal it. It has been more than 5 years cause I did not do what they said i did. I did not hear the evidence that they had on me. They told me if i did not plead guilty they would throw me in prison. So I pleaded No contender. Can I still appeal this? And have it reduced to a misdemeanor I never missed a payment. How could i I was making over a 100 a day.

I wish to inform you that you may make a motion and bring the facts to the notice of the court. You may inform the court that the other party is out of business. You may also tell the court that the radio was yours. The court will consider all the facts and decide the matter. Further, as more than 60 days have elapsed so you may not appeal the decision of the court. After you have finished the punishment prescribed by the court and as per the laws of your state you may request the court for expungement.
