foot fetish video (on youtube or vimeo site)

few years ago i recently was curious on foot fetish, but this guy pheetphreek and shooplayy was the same user on youtube and vimeo (only pheetphreek which he has months of foot fetish video), and just before i meet him i notice he had a foot fetish on those video, i ask him about girl if she were 18+ feet because those are the age restriction.

but he told me she was 16 but the video was two years ago and she could be 18 or 19 by now. But i really want this person to stop one what he was doing, so trick him to get an evidance of one of the video of this user, because i find it disturbing and i want this something dealt with.

but because i report the website, most of his video contain foot fetish which was removed and i cant prove anything. i did want this guy to be removed but i think getting one evidance should which he sent be enough to show to prove to the police or something. But since i hardly see him on youtube or vimeo site, do you think i should still show this video to the police? or should i just ignore him?

i just feel sorry for those people being taking camera recording advantage of their feet and putting them on youtube and vimeo, but i feel that something needs to be dealt with.

I wish to inform you that you can present video if you can establish the link with the person who has made the video. In this regard if you have evidence then that evidence will be seen in the light that can that evidence establish link with person or not. If your evidence is not sufficient then other person can also file a defamation lawsuit against you.

i just feel sadden of this because this person should not be doing what he was doing was sicken, repeating video upload but also getting him banned from the youtube and vimeo, but i dont think its a enough.

but sometime the link which i report show that the video on youtube was removed but i think it wasnt enough, but i had to get him to establish a download link to shown a real evidance of the video in order to get him, because i had to trick him to asking him making a download link and showing real video evidance is one way so i can show the real video to prove him. but since the download link was finish, should i still show the video which i find disturbing and the broken link?

because the link is not working. the video i find disturbing contain only bare feet of the person and nothing more, and it was evidance to get him, do you think i should show the download video and the broken download link even if its finish? im just not sure if should i show the real video or both with the broken download link?

Honestly, I'm thinking you have too much time on your hands.

The video was taken down. And while you SUSPECT the girl whose feet were displayed was 18, you have no way to prove your suspicions. And solely based on suspicion, there is no illegal actions here.
