what does the law state

i have a friend who is under a civil suit for a wrongful death. It technically is a family squibble filled with jealousies. but none the less a family filed a civil suit against their now deceased sons wife for wrongful death. The toxicology and corenors report have come back with the whys and therefore nothing happened the man had a seizure and fell in the pool and drowned.
The family is not satisfied and filed a civil suit. A womans reputation built for 15 years is being destroyed and this family is wanting to post bumper stickers and posters all around sevweral towns against this woman. All i want to know is can they do this / how can we stop this vigil anty stuff going on.
I know when this is said and done there will be another suit against all this she has been put through. in the mean time what can we do to stop the public from doing this .Also the people doing this are lead by the attorney for the others case. He's involved in all the posters and bumper stickers. plz help me. Ther is a child who has to live with all this on his shoulders until his mother is cleared. He doesn't need all this. Thank you.

This woman obviously needs to have her own attorney to fight theirs. I find it hard to believe that any attorney would advocate putting up posters and bumper stickers with false or undocumented items on them (libel) or by allowing the family to say the same (slander). This would just open the door for a suit against them. She should contact an attorney immediately to stop this. Even if she were found guilty later, they could not do this while it was unproven.
