Question 3 counts of robbery with a firearm

In the state of Florida, what would be the sentencing of a crime that involved 3 counts of robbery with a firearm hold without representation? There is no evidence of a firearm........but witnesses as to the crime.

That would depend on several other factors. But the District Attorneys office will tell you specifically what the range is for the actual charges if you give them a quick call.
