My boyfriend was arrested twice in the last month, 1st was man/pos/ deadly
weapon (brass knuckles) and resis arrest. He then bailed out and was arrested again for poss of controlled substance and evading, now they are adding a crime bail crime charge. He has a 1 strike prior and a pretty extensive history. I know he needs a lawyer, but what are his chances. He has been off parole/probation for over 2 years. He has never had a lawyer in any of his other cases and I firmly believe that he deserves this chance to do right. My thought is that the system has failed him by imprisoning him every other time he has been in trouble, why not try treating his drug addiction in an inpatient program? We NEED a lawyer fast but are low on funds. SOMEONE HELP! JenniferGalaRVT@cox.net |
