Confused Parcels stolen

I work for a home party company and when I entered the party on line and submitted it, I put the wrong address - the neighbour. Instead of calling the company when the neighbour received the package or not signing for the parcel - she gave the boxes to her son. I have recovered most of the items, but the company has re-shipped the entire party and has then charged me 879.50 - this is 75% off to reship the party. I have tried to make payment plans for this family to pay me back but am not getting much help. They are not callling me back and the mom who signed for hte packages thinks she is not responsible. Her son is the one who had the packages in possession and I have talked to him a few times, says he is going to pay me back, etc etc... BUT he was suppose to call last night and today and hasn't. I can't be stuck with this bill - What do i do??

Default Re: Parcels stolen

They cannot keep items they know are not theirs; get the police involved if need be.
