Child abuse

I was wondering I had a child in October 2006 and me and the child both came back positive for Crystal Meth I had my kids took away from me and had been going through DHR and taking drug test up until May 2007 when I moved to TN. at that time they filed a warrant for me for Child Abuse by Chemical Endangerment, which I did not know until I moved back on August 15 I turned myself in I have not been doing anything since then but I have become pregnant and baby is due October 15, 2007. Is there anyway they can take this baby from me and what do I need to do at court and is there anything I can do before court. How can I get my kids back and make sure this one does not get took from me. Help please.

They can if drugs are found in you and the baby again...hopefully that will not be an issue.

No they won't I know I messed up and I am trying to fix it now. I have been going to NA meeting and parenting classes.Trying to do everything I think I need to do

my friends' 6 yr old son threatened his older brother by saying, "if you ever turn bad, I'll shoot you with a 12 gauge shotgun" . Can his father be held responsible? This kid is a ward of the court at present. And he lets him play games with guns in them. can the dad go to jail, and the son be placed in another foster home???
