After a felony warrant for a year, You hire an attorney and they calendar a
court date for your case. First appearance in court is \"REQUEST TO RECALL WARRANT AND ENTRY OF PLEA TO VIOLATION TO PC 1210.1 (e) (3) (C). Superior court recommends your felony violation of prop 36 and probation compliance case to the probation dept for recommendation of sentencing or re instating probation... Do they have the right to take a urine sample at this stage, (which is actually prior to the judge re-instating your probation terms or sentencing you. Please reply asap. You have not yet been arrested and you are not incarcerated on the warrant or the violation. please help as soon as you can. tyvm |

It can all be part of one simultaneous deal yes. What is the problem with that?
