Question urinalysis testing by probation

After a felony warrant for a year, You hire an attorney and they calendar a
court date for your case. First appearance in court is \"REQUEST TO RECALL
WARRANT AND ENTRY OF PLEA TO VIOLATION TO PC 1210.1 (e) (3) (C). Superior court
recommends your felony violation of prop 36 and probation compliance case to
the probation dept for recommendation of sentencing or re instating
probation... Do they have the right to take a urine sample at this stage,
(which is actually prior to the judge re-instating your probation terms or
sentencing you. Please reply asap. You have not yet been arrested and you
are not incarcerated on the warrant or the violation. please help as soon as
you can. tyvm
