Firearms Questions?

I live in the state of Ohio and was convicted of a Felony(trafficing in marijuana less than 5 grams) back in 1995 and had it exponged in 2007. My questions are am I able to own a gun now? and if so am I able to apply for a CCW permit?

Call your local police dept. If it was totally expunged you normally can own a gun. Check with your DA or local police what are your local rules.

My husband was just put into prison for being a felon in possesion of firearms after the local county sheriffs department did a background check and said it was clean. You need to contact and pay an attorney. He was 15yrs old when he was convicted of the felony and he is now 30yrs old
