i am wanting to know if i can get an order lifted. In essence it's a restraing order. The order was based soley on my felony convition. I am in the process of having my felony expundged. If that happens my understanding is that it is like the felony never happened. If that is true does that mean i can have the order lifted. thank you for any help

would it be automaticly lifted or would i have to file papers with the court that issued it
