Can mom take child without permission?

Divorce not yet filed. Two one way tickets to Philippines found in wife's car. Can she secretly take son to the Philippines without my permission? Or does she have the right to do that because she is the mom? Is that considered kidnapping? If it is, the should I go to the airport with Police to catch her in the act of attempted kidnapping so that I can win custody of my son, or should I let her take him and then charge her with kidnapping?

In my personal opinion, there is no divorce pending so she has every right as the mother to take your son anywhere. If a divorce is filed, she automatically is unable to do a lot of things with respect to finances, bank accounts, etc. and especially not take your son out of the country, so...I would get that divorce filed as soon as possible.
