About 9 years ago I was arrested for under the influence of a controlled substance (stupid of me but my first and only offense) , shortly after I went through a drug treatment program but missed my court date while in the program. I have been clean ever since haven't had any trouble, remarried and am doing good with my children. I'm going to go in this week to take care of the old warrant since I know it will follow me wherever I go but want to know what will probably be the outcome. Any ideas?
btw: it's in Riverside County, California |

It would help to have counsel involved. You may get a few days in jail and will likely have some fines to pay. Try to negotiate for a solution that reflects your good status now.
