Does the Spouse as a Victim defense apply even though the marriage happened a couple days after accusation? I cant seem to find any specification to when it must occur.
Does the spouse cant testify against spouse apply? Are the papers you write and sign at a police station considered statements and retractable? |

if it is a bona fide marriage it can allow you not to testify yes!
