Default Statutory Rape - MIchigan

Does the Spouse as a Victim defense apply even though the marriage happened a couple days after accusation? I cant seem to find any specification to when it must occur.

Does the spouse cant testify against spouse apply?

Are the papers you write and sign at a police station considered statements and retractable?
