According to the publicly accessible commercial register ("Handelsregister") of the canton of Zug, Mr. Marcello Weber is currently the only officially registered representant.... You may check the commercial register using the following links...


Since you are not publicly registered as a representant with signatory power ... (in Liquidation) and since you have not provided us a power of attorney ... (i.e. the sole representant registered in the commercial register), we are not allowed to speak to you about previous or current tax issues of the company.

We assume that it may be a case for the competent Zug civil court to decide whether Mr. Weber has to be replaced as the representant of the company. Only after that, we may be allowed to speak to you. It may be helpful to speak to a local attorney before you decide about your next steps.
